Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Psychotherapy and Coaching?

Psychotherapy focuses on healing, processing past experiences, and treating mental health conditions. It often explores deeper emotional patterns and may involve a diagnosis. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and action-oriented. It’s designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and create meaningful change in your life. Coaching supports growth and wellbeing, but it’s not a substitute for therapy or clinical care.

Which is right for me—therapy or coaching?

If you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or need support processing the past, psychotherapy may be the best fit. If you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or looking for guidance on goals, mindset, or personal growth, coaching could be a great option. Not sure? I’m happy to chat and help you decide what feels right for where you are.

Do you administer psychedelics?

I do NOT supply, prescribe or administer psychedelic substances. I only assist with integration of previous psychedelic experiences.

What if I had a challenging or confusing experience—can coaching help?

Yes. Psychedelic integration coaching provides a supportive space to make sense of your experience—especially if it felt overwhelming, emotional, or unclear. Together, we’ll explore what came up, ground the experience in your daily life, and help you move forward with clarity and intention.
