Professional Approach

Psychotherapy:

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process.

Together, we will explore the origins of thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors that may be getting in your way. Through these insights, we will work to create adaptive coping strategies, and improve the quality of your life.

Although therapy is a serious endeavor, it can also be fun and doesn’t have to feel like a chore. While working with me you can expect to feel safe, heard and connected.

I work with adult clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual identities and genders. I do not discriminate and strive to provide a safe, compassionate environment that is truly free of judgement.

Coaching:
My style of coaching is light-hearted, action-focused, and a little bit directive while still being collaborative. I’m here to help you build routines that support your goals, get unstuck, and follow through on the things that matter to you.

Think of me as a mix between an informative friend and an accountability buddy - someone who helps you stay on track without losing your sense of humor along the way. Together, we’ll focus on building sustainable routines, integrating meaningful self-care practices, and finding ways to restore your energy and calm your mind.

Whether you’re looking to reset, create balance, or simply take better care of yourself, I’m here to help you figure out what works and help guide you toward it with structure, support, and a down-to-earth approach.
